To allow easy manipulation and manuverability of trailers, caravans and horse floats. This product also helps to maintain easy hook up and disconnect by the raising and lowering of the drawbar coupling. Unique swing back design mounting clamp allows easy, out of the way, storage of the jockey wheel when towing.
