GOLD SERIES Cutters are manufactured from M2AL High-Speed Steel which is a surface alloy material with a hardness of up to 67.5 HRC. M2AL is specifically designed to increase cutting tool endurance. They also feature a TiN (Titanium Nitride) Coating which further increases the tool's life by increasing surface hardness to 85 HRC while having the added benefit of reducing surface friction by up to 30 percent. Together, these two features greatly increase the endurance of the cutting edges.
GOLD SERIES Cutters are designed with a universal, Multi-Fit 3/4" shank featuring two flat sections. This enables GOLD SERIES Cutters to be used with most magnetic base drilling machines.
