Includes a velcro top to ensure that water, dirt and grime are kept out and eyelets for hanging on machinery. Velcro top and a loop and hook fastener closure ensures water, dirt and grime is kept out. Yellow with reflective tape on front of Permit Holder ensures day/night visibility. Clear PVC window for displaying/storing permits, lockout procedures and SDS (Safety Data Sheets). Apply Safety Padlock to lock permit or keys inside.
